About AIAssuranceLabs

AIAssuranceLabs publishes this site and tests AI systems against the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, preparing the evidence a provider or deployer files. AIAssuranceLabs is a limited liability company registered in Poland. AIAssuranceLabs is not a law firm and not a notified body: compliance decisions remain with the provider or deployer, their notified body and their counsel. The company name implies no affiliation with the institutions of the European Union.

What the site publishes

  • The regulation anchor: every application date of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 as amended by Regulation (EU) 2026/1744, each rendered from data with its source and a verified-on stamp, and a change log that records every change to the regulation data with its source.
  • The standards tracker: every standard, guideline and code of practice the protocols draw on, each with its stage and its Official Journal citation flag, so that a draft standard is never presented as binding.
  • Obligation records: one record per article in scope, from Art. 9 to Art. 55, each split into testable, documentation and process elements, with the metric sources and their stage, the protocols that cover the testable elements and the artifacts an assessor asks for.
  • Protocols: each with a version, a scope, an input list, numbered steps with a citation on every step derived from a standard or an article, and the outputs the step produces.
  • Deliverable specifications: the content of each document a service produces, section by section, with a synthetic sample.
  • Tools: a classifier, an obligation tracker, a checklist generator and a traceability matrix, each running in the browser; nothing entered is sent anywhere, and the rules behind each tool are open JSON published on the methodology pages.

How the content is written

Content is produced by the company's research function and reviewed against primary sources: the consolidated text of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on EUR-Lex, the standards documents at their current stage, and the Commission guidelines and codes of practice listed on the standards tracker. The organisation is the only author. No page carries an individual byline, and no page names a person.

Every substantive sentence on the site rests on an article of the Regulation, a standard named with its stage, a dated source rendered from data, a protocol step or a deliverable. A date appears only where the regulation data holds it with a source and a verified-on stamp. A status is never typed into a page.

The protocols derive from the standards on the tracker and from the article text, with the derivation stated on each step, and they make no claim of field use. A step that has no source in a standard or an article is labelled as an AIAssuranceLabs procedure.

Where the text of the Regulation admits more than one reading, the page shows both readings, marks the working reading and gives its rationale in one sentence. When a working reading is chosen, the site records the decision with its sources, and the record stays with the page until the point is settled by the legislator, the Commission or a court.

The site makes no statement about experience, engagements, results, staff or history.
