Contact

Contact with AIAssuranceLabs is by email only. The page has no form and no tracking. Every inquiry receives a reply within the period stated below. The first reply covers scope: which articles of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 the question touches, which protocol fits, and which deliverables the work produces. The first reply contains no quote. Scope and availability are discussed per request after the first reply.

What to include

The reply is more precise when the inquiry states the following.

  • The system and its function: what it takes as input, what it produces, and where the output is used.
  • The role the reader believes the organisation has under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689: provider, deployer, importer, manufacturer, general-purpose AI model provider, or "not yet known".
  • The articles in question, or the result of the classifier if the reader has run it.
  • The evidence the reader needs and who asked for it: a notified body, a market surveillance authority, a procurement function, or counsel.
  • The model access and the data that can be made available for testing: API, weights, held-out data, logs, documentation.
  • Any constraint on data leaving the reader's environment, such as on-premises testing or a data-residency rule.

What happens next

The reply states what AIAssuranceLabs does not do and names the service or the classification and readiness assessment that fits the question, the protocol it runs, and the deliverables it produces. Where the role or the risk tier is open, the readiness assessment runs PR-CLS v1.0 first and produces a classification memo, an obligation register with application dates from the regulation data, and a gap list against the applicable articles. The engagement shape is fixed-scope or ongoing, scoped per request, and availability is discussed in the same exchange.

Before you write

The classifier gives a first reading of role and risk tier under Art. 6 and Annex III of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 without sending anything from the browser. The services index lists the articles and the protocols each service covers. The disclaimer states what the site is and what it is not.
